Attached are three documents from the staff of the Medicaid Commission. At our last meeting in Dallas, TX, May 17 and 18, we were given a timeline for the remainder of the year -- entitled "Final Road Map." The deadline for recommendations by the Commissioners on Medicaid eligibility and long-term care are due June 21. The Commissioners were also told to review all the recommendations that had been received at our previous meetings and those submitted to the Commission staff also and to then submit for consideration for the final report any we chose to support.

Also attached is a summary of the meeting in Dallas and a one-page document entitled, "Criteria for Final Report" issued by Secretary Michael Leavitt.
