In the past two weeks, WhoWillCare.net supporters sent hundreds of letters to nearly 250 different members of the United States Congress in support of H.R. 1279, the Direct Support Professionals Fairness and Security Act. The result? Eight new U.S. Representatives have agreed to co-sponsor this important legislation that will help stabilize the workforce providing critical daily supports to people with disabilities.
