Access to information about you is restricted to those employees of AAPD and its agents, or similar persons, who need to know that information to provide products and services to you.
We require our contractors, vendors, agents and partners to agree, as a condition of doing business with us, to maintain the confidentiality of the information we disclose to them in order to carry out the services for which we have contracted; they are also required not to disclose such information or otherwise use it except for the purpose for which such information was disclosed to them.
