Data and CRM Manager

Daniel H. is AAPD’s Data and CRM Manager, where he works to make data clean, accessible, and useful across the organization. He has more than ten years of experience in technology and data management, most recently leading technology and data work within the Protection and Advocacy network.

Throughout his career, Daniel has focused on turning complex information into tools that people without a technical background can use, whether that means building reporting that guides leadership decisions or surfacing the gaps that data can reveal.

Daniel came to disability rights work through his own lived experience as a person with a disability, and he is passionate about using data in service of the community. He sees strong data infrastructure not just as an operational function, but as a way to strengthen advocacy and make sure the right people are reached.

When he’s not working, Daniel is an avid home cook, forager, and hiker, and can usually be found spending time outdoors with his dog, Bane.
